იწარმოება სპეციალურად მოყვანილი და შერჩეული ვაშლის წვენის დადუღებისგან მიღებული სიდრის დისტილაციით. სიდრის წარმოებისთვის გამოიყენება არანაკლებ ხუთი ჯიშის რჩეული ვაშლი, რომლებიც თავისი გემოვნური თვისებებით გამოირჩევიან სიტკბოთი, სიმჟავით და არომატით. ვაშლის რჩეული ნაყოფები იწნეხება, მიღებული წვენის დუღილის შედეგად მიღებული მშრალი სიდრი სპილენძის ქვაბში, ორთქლით, ბრენდად იხდება და ძველდება. ჩვეულებრივ დაძველება მიმდინარეობს რამოდენიმე თვე. რაც უფრო დიდი ხნით ხდება ბრენდის დაძველება, მით მეტად რბილი სასმელი მიიღება. წარმოებისთვის გამოყენებულია ძველი ქართული მეთოდებისა და თანამედროვე ტექნოლოგიების კომბინაცია, რაც იწვევს სასმელის უნიკალურობას. ფერი გამჭირვალე, ბუკეტი პიკანტური გამოირჩევა ახალი ვაშლის ბუნებრივი და გამორჩეული არომატით.
