For distillation, only the mass obtained from the fermentation of selected peach fruit juice is used as the main product. During the production process, peaches are pitted and crushed, yeast is added, and fermentation takes place under strictly controlled conditions for two weeks. To maximize the origin of the raw material and the taste characteristics of the resulting product, distillation can be done once or twice. To enhance the aromas in the distillate, aging is necessary. The production uses a combination of old Georgian methods and modern technologies, which leads to the uniqueness of the drink. Crystal clear color, piquant bouquet, distinguished by the natural and distinct aroma of fresh peach.
