Only the mass obtained from the fermentation of selected and overripe feijoa fruit juices is used as the main distillation product. During the production process, feijoa is crushed, yeast is added, and fermentation takes place for three weeks under strictly controlled conditions. Double distillation is necessary to maximize the taste qualities of tropical fruits in the resulting product. The production uses a combination of old Georgian methods and modern technologies, which leads to the uniqueness of the drink. Crystal clear color, piquant bouquet, characterized by a transitional taste of tropical fruit and citrus, with the natural and unique aroma of feijoa.
