Georgian traditional alcoholic beverage „Chacha“ is produced from various grape varieties. To obtain a high-quality product, only selected grape varieties are used, which are distinguished by their aroma and character. “Chacha“ is produced from Kakhetian-type wine, which significantly differs from other types of wines. Only late harvest grapes are used, the uniqueness of the wine obtained from which is expressed in its high sugar content and low acidity. The distillation wine contains a low amount of sulfur, which is necessary to prevent the formation of undesirable copper sulfate as a result of reaction with the copper pot during distillation. Crystal clear color, piquant bouquet, distinguished by the natural and distinct aroma of grapes.
