Description

Description

It is produced by distilling cider obtained from the fermentation of specially grown and selected apple juice. For cider production, no less than five varieties of selected apples are used, which are distinguished by their taste qualities of sweetness, acidity, and aroma. Selected apple fruits are pressed, and the dry cider obtained from the fermentation of the resulting juice is distilled into brandy in a copper pot, using steam, and then aged. Aging usually takes several months. The longer the brandy is aged, the softer the drink becomes. The production uses a combination of old Georgian methods and modern technologies, which contributes to the uniqueness of the drink. The color is transparent, the bouquet is piquant, distinguished by the natural and distinctive aroma of fresh apples.
